The Titen HD® is a high-strength screw anchor designed for use in cracked and uncracked concrete, as well as uncracked masonry. Its innovative thread design undercuts the base material to efficiently transfer loads, while a specialized heat-treating process creates a hardened cutting tip without compromising the anchor's ductility.
Tested in accordance with ACI 355.2, AC193 and AC106, the Titen HD® is qualified for static, wind and seismic loading conditions. Its hex-washer head provides a clean installed appearance without requiring a separate washer (unless required by code). The anchor is removable, making it ideal for temporary applications such as formwork and bracing, or installations where fixtures may need to be relocated. Designed for installation using standard ANSI tolerance drill bits, no specialized drill bit is required. For use in dry, interior environments only.
